Refund policy

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted for a refund if the item is shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the item. Returns shipped after 14 days will receive store credit only.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order details. A return shipping label may be provided.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or item, we offer exchanges within the return window. Contact us for assistance.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days for a replacement or full refund.

  • All returns are processed through our Oxford, Mississippi location.
